“I highly recommend Kristina for all of your non-profit consulting, fundraising and event management needs. She is strategic, thoughtful and passionate about her work and her teaching style was perfect for our organization. We hired Kristina to help with grant writing and capacity building, specifically teaching grant writing tips and techniques to staff. After working with Kristina, I have gone on to write and receive HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars in awarded grants. She helped explain the intricacies of grant writing and gave me the tips and confidence I needed to be successful.”

If more non-profit organizations had personnel on their staff like Kristina, they would be fortunate indeed! Kristina came to work every day with a positive attitude, new ideas, and full of passion about the mission of the Indianapolis Children’s Choir. She was always very poised, very well prepared and well spoken in front of any of our constituents.

She seeks out professional development opportunities and has a willingness to ask advice from those more experienced than herself. These traits combined with a desire to step out of the box (pardon the cliche!) and not be afraid to try new things is what I think makes her a great asset to any company.

“Working with Kristina was fabulous. She is the consummate professional. Always dedicated, always informed, always positive, always engaged. She embraced the mission and values of the organization and was able to make those important to donors. She made giving to the organization more than the right choice, she made it the only choice.

On top of that, she was very personable and great to work with. She came to work always smiling and always ready for the next challenge.”

“Kristina’s time at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra as an intern was marked by her creativity, intelligence, can-do attitude, and quick grasp of complicated issues. The ISO’s Development Department demanded long hours, extreme flexibility, discretion, grace, and energy—all in equal measure. Kristina was a joy to work with, and everyone missed her when she was gone. She had a marked ability to understand and conquer any problem that came her way–and was one of the best team players I’ve ever encountered.”
